Announcements for August 16, 2026
1. BIBLE STUDY IS BACK!! Every Wednesday Bible is available at noon and again at 6 pm. We encourage everyone to make an effort to attend one of our two Bible study sessions. Studying God’s word is an important part of our spiritual growth and strengthening our faith.
2. Today we are excited to celebrate our Youth Anniversary celebration at 3 pm. The theme for this special event is “Rock of Ages”. We are asking everyone who is able to please consider making a $20 assessment in support of our youth department. Your generosity will help and encourage the ministry of our young people.
3. Aug 22 Christian Education Online Class part two with Dr. Mary McConnell will be from 10:00am-12:00pm. Please see Min. Pollard if you plan to attend.
4. On the 22nd the Men's Ministry will be meeting at 10 am. Men, we need you! Please make every effort to attend and be a part of what God is doing through our Men’s Ministry.
5. Also at 5:00pm Aug 22 & 29 the Women's Ministry will have their Multigenerational Chat & Chew with ALL women. Invitations have been sent with additional information.
6. Sunday Aug 23 our Pastor will be the guest speaker for Pastor Stafford 3rd Pastoral Anniversary Celebration at Zion Hill First Baptist . A fellowship meal will be served at 2pm. And the celebration will begin at 3 pm. We’re asking all who can attend to please come support our Pastor and Zion Hill First Baptist.
